Lake Greeson

CLEAR WATERS and steep ridgelines are hallmarks of Lake Greeson near Murfreesboro. Numerous islands and long peninsulas extend into the lake and make great spots to anchor the boat and relax on Arkansas beaches. A total of 45 miles of hiking and biking trails encircle the lake. The Bear Creek Cycle Trail spans 31 miles through beautiful pine forests and over rocky terrain. It begins at Daisy State Park and travels to the Laurel Creek Recreation Area. You’ll also see a
lot of fishermen on this lake, as it is stocked with bass and crappie, as well as rainbow trout in the Little Missouri River tailwaters below the dam.
